Anna is a Managing Director at Temerity Strategic Partners, where she is responsible for the firm’s accounting and finance functions, including interface with the investment vehicles.

Anna has over two decades experience in real estate accounting and finance across various industry sectors. She joined TSP from Core Spaces where she oversaw and managed the Fund Accounting Team and was responsible for the accounting and finance aspects of 21 funds and related feeder entities.  Prior to Core Spaces, Anna worked at Bond Companies, overseeing the Accounting and Finance Department, leading strategic accounting decisions on complex tax-structured transactions, and maintaining financial reporting and tax compliance.  Anna’s other experience includes, Aviv REIT, where she was responsible for technical GAAP compliance for business combinations and debt restructurings and accounting aspects of the S-11 filing for Aviv REIT’s IPO, and PwC, where she was on the financial services audit team focusing on real estate clients.

Anna earned an M.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Management with concentrations in Accounting and Operations from Boston College and is a certified public accountant. She serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of Real Estate Finance Forum (REFF).
