Banner Industrial and TSP Acquire Picadilly Logistics Center

DENVER, COLORADO — July 21, 2026 

Banner Industrial Properties (Banner) has acquired Picadilly Logistics Center in Aurora, Colorado, in its programmatic co-GP venture with Temerity Strategic Partners (TSP). The acquisition marks the first transaction completed through the partnership.

The property was acquired through an off-market transaction at a meaningful discount to estimated replacement cost and is located in Denver’s airport industrial submarket, approximately one-half mile from the recently completed Picadilly Interchange, which provides improved connectivity to I-70, E-470, Denver International Airport and the broader Denver metropolitan area, enhancing the property’s accessibility for regional distribution and logistics users.
