DLC and TSP Acquire Legacy Place in Palm Beach Gardens, FL

DLC has acquired Legacy Place, a 419,936 SF open-air retail center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida in its programmatic co-GP venture with Temerity Strategic Partners (TSP). The property was acquired from Lone Star Funds.
Legacy Place is 93% leased and situated on more than 43 acres at the intersection of Florida State Route A1A and PGA Boulevard, just east of I-95. The property features a nationally recognized tenant lineup in one of South Florida’s most affluent and supply-constrained trade areas.
