DLC and TSP Acquire Shadow Lake Towne Center in Papillion, NE

ELMSFORD, NY – May 20, 2026

DLC has acquired Shadow Lake Towne Center in Papillion, Nebraska, in its programmatic co-GP venture with Temerity Strategic Partners (TSP). The acquisition marks DLC’s entry into the Omaha MSA and continues the firm’s growth trajectory, with more than $1.3B of retail assets acquired over the past 15 months.

The transaction builds on DLC’s established Midwest presence, where the company has operated for more than 25 years and currently owns 11 properties totaling over 3.3 million square feet of open-air retail space.
