At Temerity Strategic Partners, we are committed to developing the next generation of real estate leaders by offering substantive, real-world experience through our MBA Associates Program. In partnership with select top business schools, we offer high-caliber candidates a comprehensive 10 to 12 week program.

Associates work directly with our experienced team, participating in significant projects that encompass market analysis, investment strategies, property management, and broad-based research. This hands-on approach ensures associates gain critical industry insights and practical skills essential for their professional growth. Charlie is a Summer 2024 MBA Associate at Temerity Strategic Partners, where he supports all aspects of the firm’s investment activities. Charlie holds an MBA from the Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political History from Dartmouth College, and most recently completed his Master of Science in Real Estate Finance at New York University.

JoJo Cui

The University of Chicago Booth School of Business

Jojo is a winter 2025 MBA Associate at Temerity Strategic Partners, where she supports all aspects of the firm’s investment activities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and English from Southwestern University of Economics and Finance, a Master of Science in Finance from DePaul University, and is completing an MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (expected June 2026). Jojo currently serves as Co-Chair of Booth’s Private Equity Group and Real Estate Group, Co-President of the Student Advisory Council, and as a Teaching Assistant for Professor Scott Meadow.

Before joining TSP, Jojo was the Director of Real Estate at Zhou Agency, a financial services firm. In this role, she developed and executed strategic plans for real estate practice, assisted high-net-worth individuals with sourcing, underwriting, and executing real estate acquisitions, and raised capital and two real estate investment funds that invested in the funds of established real estate owners and operators.

Esteban Garcia

The University of Chicago Booth School of Business

Esteban was a fall/winter 2023 MBA Associate at Temerity Strategic Partners, where he supported all aspects of the firm’s investment activities. Esteban graduated from ITAM in Mexico and is completing an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business (expected May 2025).

Before beginning his MBA and joining TSP, Esteban was at LCA Capital, a single-family office investing in controlling stakes in private and public companies where he worked on the acquisition of a controlling participation in Fibra INN (BMV:FINN), the co-development of the Montage Hotel in Punta Mita, and the internalization of BMV:STORAGE’s development platform, and at UBS as an equity research analyst covering the Mexican real estate.

Rosie Gonzalez

The University of Chicago Booth School of Business

Rosie was a winter/spring 2024 MBA Associate at Temerity Strategic Partners, where she supported all aspects of the firm’s investment activities. Rosie graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she studied accountancy and is completing an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business (expected June 2024). Rosie is both a Goldie Scholar and a NAIOP Future Leaders Scholar at Booth. She currently serves as a Co-Chair of Booth’s Private Equity Group and Real Estate Group and was a 2023 summer intern at Nuveen Investment Management working on affordable housing acquisitions.

Before beginning her MBA and joining TSP, Rosie was at LaSalle Investment Management as a Senior Portfolio Accountant in the Investor Accounting and Finance Group and at Pearlmark Real Estate as a Senior Associate in the high-yield debt group.

Yiyao Hu

The University of Chicago Booth School of Business

Yiyao was a winter/spring 2024 MBA Associate at Temerity Strategic Partners, where she supported all aspects of the firm’s investment activities. Yiyao holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Mathematics from National University of Singapore and is completing an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business (expected June 2024). Yiyao received a Forte MBA Fellowship, a Twardock Real Estate Scholarship and a Goldie Initiative Scholarship at Booth. She was a 2023 summer associate at Bank of America in the Real Estate, Gaming, and Lodging (REGL) group.

Before beginning her MBA and joining TSP, Yiyao was at Belt Road Capital Management working on large scale land assemblage and development transactions in Asia and at Surf Capital where she was involved in hospitality M&A, general real estate acquisitions, and distressed neighborhood redevelopment programs.

Bernadette Mead

Kellogg School of Management / Northwestern University

Bernadette was a fall/winter 2023 MBA Associate at Temerity Strategic Partners, where she supported all aspects of the firm’s investment activities. Bernadette graduated from American University in Washington, D.C. and is completing an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University (expected June 2025). Bernadette is both a Goldie Scholar and a Finance Fellow at Kellogg and has earned a spot in the inaugural cohort of the Toigo Foundation’s Toigo Real Estate Intensive Program. At Kellogg, Bernadette is Co-President of the Real Estate Club, Co-Chair for the 2024 Women in Finance Dinner, and a director for both the Private Equity Club and the Women in Business Association. In the summer of 2024, Bernadette will be an investment associate at Greystar.

Before beginning her MBA and joining TSP, Bernadette was in Freddie Mac’s Multifamily Asset Management and Operations group.

Owen Pashigian

University of Chicago

Owen is a fall 2024 intern at Temerity Strategic Partners, where he supports all aspects of the firm’s investment activities. He is currently completing his BA in Economics at the University of Chicago (expected May 2025) including coursework at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business (Real Estate Fundamentals I and II and Real Estate Lab).

Before joining TSP, Owen completed an Investments Internship at Link Logistics in Irvine, CA, and an internship at Patron Capital, a UK Real Estate Private Equity firm. He is a member of the Real Estate Investing Group at UChicago.

Brady Sarkon

The University of Chicago Booth School of Business

Brady is a fall 2024 and winter 2025 MBA Associate at Temerity Strategic Partners, where he is supporting all aspects of the firm’s investment activities. Brady is a current MBA candidate at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (expected June 2025) and a 2024-2025 recipient of the NAIOP Future Leaders Scholarship. He spent the summer of 2024 in Dallas, Texas as an Acquisitions Intern at Dalfen Industrial, a real estate investment manager and operator focused on last mile industrial properties.

Before Booth, Brady worked as a Strategy Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, with a primary focus at the intersection of the retail/consumer products industry and supply chain strategy.

Vincent Wanene

Harvard Business School

Vincent is a summer 2024 MBA Associate at Temerity Strategic Partners, where he supports all aspects of the firm’s investment activities. Vincent holds a Master of Science in Finance and Strategy and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Sciences Po Paris and is completing an MBA from Harvard Business School (expected May 2025).

Before beginning his MBA and joining TSP, Vincent was at PAI Partners, a €25 billion AUM private equity firm, where he worked on pan-European and transatlantic buyouts, at Lazard in the investment banking division, focusing on digital realty and telecoms infrastructure, at Amundi Asset Management in the institutional sales team investing in real assets, and at Deutsche Bank as part of the European Real Estate Debt Capital Markets team.
