Adam is currently an active private investor and the Interim CEO of Seritage Growth Properties, formerly the real estate of Sears Holdings, where he is also the Chairman of the Board. He previously served as a Managing Director at The Carlyle Group, where he headed up international real estate. Prior to that, Adam was the CEO responsible for taking General Growth Properties out of bankruptcy. In addition to his board position at Seritage, Adam is also a board member of Hammerson (a London based, publicly traded real estate company).
