Emma is a Senior Associate at Temerity Strategic Partners, where she focuses on supporting all aspects of the firm’s investment activities, as well as portfolio and asset management.  Emma was previously a TSP MBA Associate while pursuing her MBA.

Before joining TSP, Emma worked in real estate private equity at Almanac Realty Investors, the real estate arm of Neuberger Berman, and at CPP Investments, Canada’s Pension Fund. At Almanac, she focused on growth investments in real estate operating companies in the private and public markets.  At CPP Investments, she underwrote large-scale programmatic joint ventures primarily across the housing, industrial, and office sectors.

Emma holds an MBA from the Wharton School, where she served as Co‑President of the Wharton Real Estate Club and was a Career Fellow. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
