Ethan is a Senior Analyst at Temerity Strategic Partners, where he supports originations across the firm’s investment initiatives, as well as portfolio and asset management.

Before joining TSP, Ethan was an Analyst with Triten Real Estate Partners, a private real estate investment firm. At Triten Real Estate Partners, he was primarily focused on investment acquisition and development in the Traditional Industrial and Industrial Outdoor Storage verticals across the Southeast.

Ethan holds a BBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
