Joe is an Investment Consultant at Temerity Strategic Partners where he supports all aspects of the firm’s investment activities.

Previously, Joe spent over six years at Franklin Templeton, the global investment manager. While there, he led the sourcing and closing of real estate acquisitions in multiple countries on behalf of the firm’s core and value-add funds. He was also active in portfolio management, asset management and investor relations. Joe was previously a TSP MBA Associate while pursuing his MBA.

Joe holds an MBA with honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he served as a chair of the Real Estate Group and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.  He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
