New venture targets infill, multi-tenant industrial assets in supply-constrained U.S. logistics markets

The partnership targets distribution, shallow-bay, and mid-bay industrial facilities located in supply-constrained, high-growth markets, including Denver, Phoenix, Texas, Seattle, and Salt Lake City. The strategy focuses on assets under 300,000 square feet that serve a broad tenant base and benefit from demand drivers tied to e-commerce growth, supply chain reconfiguration, and onshoring trends.
