Temerity Strategic Partners and Vision Real Estate Partners Form Programmatic Partnership
Venture targets approximately $800 million of multi-tenant industrial acquisitions across select U.S. markets
CHICAGO, IL and MOUNTAIN LAKES, NJ, February 23, 2026 — Temerity Strategic Partners (“TSP”), a Chicago-based real estate private equity firm, and Vision Real Estate Partners (“Vision”), a New Jersey-based, vertically integrated real estate investment, development, and operating platform, today announced the formation of a programmatic partnership focused on infill, multi-tenant industrial real estate across select East Coast markets.
The partnership is designed to capitalize on sustained demand from small- and mid-sized tenants seeking functional, well-located industrial space in supply-constrained markets. The venture will target shallow-bay and mid-bay industrial properties in logistics-oriented submarkets throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast, where Vision’s hands-on operating model and local market expertise support durable cash flow growth.
Through the programmatic partnership, TSP and Vision expect to pursue approximately $800 million of nominal industrial real estate investments, leveraging Vision’s vertically integrated platform to execute acquisition, repositioning, and leasing strategies across the portfolio.
